Follow the steps below or watch the video tutorial

  1. Open the settings app on your iPhone
  2. Go to Mail 
  3. Go to Accounts
  4. Go to Add Account
  5. Select Other (use this for any imap or pop email)
  6. Select Add Mail Account
  7. Enter the information on the "New Account" section. note: for description make sure you describe the email account especially if you will have more than one email for the same email server. example: info@victoriousit.com, dan@victoriousit.com
  8. click next
  9. Enter the information on the imap or pop section depending on which one you are using. note: make sure to enter information for both incoming and outgoing server sections
  10. Enter next when done and then exit setup and open email app. 
  11. Click on mailboxes and make sure your new email was added. You should test sending and receiving emails to make sure everything is working.

    You are looking for tech support but you are afraid that if you pick up the phone and call the number on that landing page or fill out the form, you will immediately be contacted by a sales person trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need or want. How about this, you get a call at your place of business and the person on the other end wants to schedule a 15 minute call with you and their “CEO”. He will be in your area next week so it’s perfect. He’s not selling you anything, just wants and opportunity to meet you and learn a little about your business. Heard this before?. As an in-house IT Manager for more than a decade many I got these calls all the time. I know as well as you do that the 15 minute call is never 15 minutes, its 45 minutes to an hour minimum. If you gave every random solicitor 15 minutes of your time, you would never get any work done, right? I know this all too well. 


    This is why I vow to NEVER EVER do cold calling for new business. Instead I am hoping that potential customers find my service website when they are looking for IT Support or IT Services online and they make the decision to reach out to me or hopefully referred by another happy customer. I will help solve the problem they have right now. I understand that if I do a good enough job and deliver a solution to the issue plaguing them at the moment, my potential customer will inquire more about what other services we provide.


    I believe that trying to sell potential customers on cloud services, support contracts, IT Services, Project management, Managed Services before we can even deliver on solving simple issues is a waste of their time. When I decided to start this business 10 years ago my goal was very simple to help small businesses get a leg up on the competition and make some money in the process of course ;). I have worked for 3 different managed services providers (IT Services Companies) over my career and have seen the pain points of small businesses. 


    Small businesses and startup businesses need a few things to run smoothly, from communication services such as phones and email, to local networks and servers to host the services and applications for internal and external processes they run day to day. Also, customer relationship management systems and websites to attract new business. This is not a secret and no single IT company has the key to deliver these things to customers in a spectacular fashion. You don’t care about the fluff, you just want it to work so that you can turn a profit as fast and as efficient as possible.
